Prior to joining SPX Real Estate, Pedro served as CEO of SYN Prop Tech (formerly Cyrela Commercial Properties) for nearly six years. He is also the founder of BR Properties, where he held the role of Chief Financial Officer and Investor Relations Officer from 2007 to 2015. Additionally, Pedro served as Director of the Corporate Banking Division at Citigroup, overseeing the Public and Infrastructure sectors, and as Financial Manager at Gafisa. He holds a degree in Business Administration from Universidade Salvador (UNIFACS), an MBA from Vanderbilt University (USA) and is CGA- and CGE-certified by Anbima.

Prior to joining SPX Real Estate, Marcelo served as Investment Director at Autonomy Investimentos, Head of Acquisitions and Sales at BR Properties, Expansion Manager at McDonald’s Corp., and Manager of the Valuation & Advisory Services division of CB Richard Ellis.  He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Universidade Mackenzie, an MBA in Real Estate from Escola Politécnica da Universidade de São Paulo (POLI-USP) and is CGE-certified by Anbima.

Guilherme has been active in the real estate market since 2013, with over five years of experience in New Business and Acquisitions at Cyrela, where he was responsible for acquiring land for both the low-income and medium/high-end residential markets. He also has two years of experience in the M&A division at BR Properties, where he was involved in acquisition transactions totaling over R$1.4 billion and asset sales transactions amounting to R$1 billion. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Escola Politécnica da Universidade de São Paulo (POLI-USP).

Jeanny has been active in the real estate market since 2017. She began her career in the New Business team at Mitre Realty, assisting in the development of Brazil’s first student housing project. She also served as a New Business Coordinator at SYN (Cyrela Commercial Properties), where she managed an acquired and developed portfolio of nearly R$2 billion. She holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Escola Politécnica da Universidade de São Paulo (POLI-USP), with a dual degree in Architecture, also from Universidade de São Paulo, and is CGE-certified by Anbima.

Luisa has previous experience at 4Student Brasil. She holds a degree in Architecture/Urbanism at Universidade São Paulo (USP).

Juan has previous experience at Fluxo Consultoria, Laboratório de Hidráulica Computacional – COPPE/UFRJ and at SANDECH Engenharia. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering at Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ).

Thiago has previous experience at SYN, Método Potencial Engenharia S.A., Serveng Civilsan, Matec Engenharia and Hochtief do Brasil S.A. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Universidade Bandeirante de São Paulo (UniBan) and a master’s degree in Facilities Management and in Project Management from Universidade de São Paulo (USP).

Thaís has prior experience from Kinea Investimentos and Itaú Unibanco. She studies Civil Engineering at Universidade de São Paulo (USP).
