SPX Real Estate was founded in 2021 from the combination of SPX’s macroeconomic expertise and the real estate experience of partners with more than two decades of experience in this segment.

The management company is made up of its own multidisciplinary team, with relevant experience in real estate and finance. Decades of experience in the market have built long-lasting relationships with different stakeholders and a diverse performance in all types of real estate assets, both equity (corporate, shopping centers and logistics) and debt. The partners, who have worked together for more than 12 years, have invested more than R$20 billion in dozens of real estate transactions in the Brazilian market.
