SPX Real Estate was founded in 2021 through the combination of SPX’s macroeconomic expertise and the real estate experience of partners with over two decades of industry track record.

The management team was built with a proprietary, multidisciplinary group, bringing significant experience in real estate and finance. Decades of market experience have fostered long-standing relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and a diversified approach across all real estate asset classes, including both equity (office, retail, and logistics) and debt investments. The partners, who have been working together for 13 years, have invested more than R$30 billion across dozens of real estate transactions in the Brazilian market.
