SPX was founded in August 2010, by a group of professionals with vast experience and an established track record in resource management, in which the key partners are Rogerio Xavier, Bruno Pandolfi and Daniel Schneider. In July 2012, Leonardo Linhares joined SPX as a member of its controlling shareholders and Executive Committee.
SPX currently operates in the main global financial markets through its headquarters in Rio de Janeiro and offices in São Paulo, London, New York, Cascais and Singapore. The Group has nearly R$60 billion in assets under management, distributed across its five investment verticals: Multi-market Funds, Equities, Credit, Real Estate, Private Equity and Investment Solutions.
Through its partnership model and meritocratic culture, SPX consistently strives to attract, train, and retain the best professionals in the market. At SPX, the goal is to offer return on investments while preserving the invested capital of its investors. To achieve this, the Group operates with a team of senior professionals in areas such as Asset Management, Macro Research, Risk, Compliance and Back Office.

The management company is made up of its own multidisciplinary team, with relevant experience in real estate and finance. Decades of experience in the market have built long-lasting relationships with different stakeholders and a diverse performance in all types of real estate assets, both equity (corporate, shopping centers and logistics) and debt. The partners, who have worked together for more than 12 years, have invested more than R$20 billion in dozens of real estate transactions in the Brazilian market.
